Job Purpose:
Managing the current technologies as well as enhancing security solutions and upcoming projects, and ensure cyber security projects, initiatives, strategies are met.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Endpoint security management
Threat detection and response
Solutions and projects implementation and POC
Incident investigation
Policy maintenance and development
User support
Reporting and documentation
Mitigating missing gaps
Oversee and manage security solutions for endpoints
Enhance on output and performance of security solutions for endpoints
Monitor endpoint activities to identify potential security breaches or vulnerabilities and response appropriately to mitigate risks
Deploy and configure endpoint security tools and software
Analyse security incidents related to endpoints, supporting in forensic investigations
Assist in the creation and enforcement of security policies and procedures for endpoint management
Provide support for any security related issue
Align with relative departments to integrate endpoint security measure into overall cybersecurity strategy
Maintain detailed records of security incidents, changes to security configuration, and compliance with regulations
Support in configuring, backup, review, policies implementation, updating and troubleshooting approved security system (such as: EDR, NDR, DLP, Antivirus, FIM, Mail gateway protection, ACC, FW agent, watermark, TAP, TRAP etc..
Support in internal / external audit activities against applicable frameworks such as SAMA and NCA, by ensuring to provide required evidences
Support in provide regularly requested KPIs
Support in all cyber security related projects and tasks
Support in identifying and reporting security gaps
Strong communication with vendors, partners for support or engagement or licenses discussion
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Networking or Computer Science or relevant field.
Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years in related field, with experience in solution implementation, policy enhancement, troubleshooting
