We are looking for a Cyber Security Specialist – VIP Threat Assessment Lead to:
• guide and conduct VIP threat assessments to identify exposure points and associated remediation opportunities
• collaborate closely with the Cyber Threat Intelligence functions to provide clear and actionable requirements/taskings, interpret and provide feedback on findings and incorporate it into VIP threat assessment activities
• identify and create opportunities to build the VIP threat assessment team’s internal book of work
• take a leading role in drafting polished, executive facing reports of findings, analysis, and recommendations
• proactively build collaborative, constructive relationships throughout the executive technology support teams, CISO, and technical Information Security organizations
• provide assessment briefings and presentations to non-technical audiences and executive management, as required
Your team
You’ll be leading the Cyber Intelligence Centre (CIC) VIP Threat Assessment team, as part of the Chief Information Security Office. We leverage Cyber Threat Intelligence to help the firm’s VIPs understand their personal and professional threat landscape and take actions to further secure their digital footprint. As the VIP Threat Assessment Lead, you’ll play an important role in protecting the bank.

Your expertise
• ideally, 5+ years of previous experience in financial sector, technology sector or a related field
• experience with Cyber Threat Intelligence processes
• experience with Open-Source Intelligence processes and related software
• familiarity or experience with technical cyber security functions, e.g. threat hunting, insider threat, access management, etc.
• knowledge and experience with the processes and software that directly support intelligence-based threat assessments
• an inquisitive mind and passion for cyber and information security that includes an interest and willingness to seek out and participate in cross-training or certification
• able to operate at an advanced level of written and spoken communication in English; write and speak effectively with impact
