Responsibilities Monitor and analyze security alerts to identifypotential threats andvulnerabilities.

Investigate security incidentsperform forensic analysis and recommend remediationstrategies.
Ensure compliance with industryregulations and standards (ISO 27001 PCIDSS NISTetc.).Develop and manage incident responseplans for cybersecurity threats.
Collaboratewith IT and development teams to secure applications networks andcloud environments.
Stay updated on emergingcyber threats and trends in the Fintechindustry.
Conduct security awareness trainingfor employees to prevent phishing and social engineeringattacks.
Work with external auditors andregulatory bodies for security audits and compliancereviews.
Requirements Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 3 years ofexperience in cybersecurity preferably in the Fintechindustry.
Strong understanding of firewalls
IDS/IPS SIEM tools and endpoint securitysolutions.
Handson experience with cloudsecurity (AWS Azure or GCP).Knowledge ofencryption authentication protocols and data protectiontechniques.
Experience with
SOC operationsthreat intelligence and incidentresponse.
Certifications such as CISSP CISM CEHor Security are highly preferred.
Strongproblemsolving skills and ability to analyze complex securityissues.
Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment and handle multiple securityincidents.
