Join our team as a Cybersecurity Business Systems Analyst III and play a vital role in protecting sensitive patient data and ensuring the security of our healthcare systems. In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess cybersecurity risks, develop robust security strategies, and implement best practices to safeguard our digital infrastructure. Your expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance will be instrumental in maintaining a secure environment for our patients and healthcare professionals. Candidates should be very experienced in cybersecurity. The successful candidate will have to create relationships with stakeholders, understand their needs and use cases, and apply their skills to create business solutions that consider both security and user experience. Candidates with experience in developing strategies, leading implementation & updates of IAM technologies, integrating IAM technologies with business systems are highly desired. Specific experience with wide scale implementations of Identity Governance solutions like SailPoint, implementing role- and attribute-based automated lifecycle management is a huge plus, as is experience in governing and maturing Identity in a modern multicloud environment or implementation and maturity of Privileged Access Management programs. The successful individual will be a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who enjoys working against aggressive delivery goals in a fast-paced, dynamic, and technically complex environment. He/she will be well organized, a strong communicator, and driven to constantly grow and improve. He/she will have a passion for building and maintaining cross-organization relationships, driving process improvement and simplification, and end-user satisfaction.
