Key Responsibilities:
Leads the planning and delivery of cybersecurity, privacy, and business continuity consulting engagements of various complexity, across the following specialties: strategy & operating models, policies & frameworks, risk & compliance assessments, standards implementation, architecture design & review, and awareness programs design & rollout.
Develops and maintain consulting accelerators and frameworks, and train other team members on their usage.
Acts as a coach and SME for less senior team members.
Ensures continuous formalization and transfer of knowledge gained during delivery engagements.
Assists in advisory business development and presales activities, such as sales and presales teams’ enablement, sizing, and proposal development.
Assists in the development and introduction of new consulting services.
Assists in marketing consulting services through public contributions, such as speaking at events and writing blogs.
Stays up to date on recent developments in cybersecurity, privacy, and business continuity (for example, regulation updates, new technologies, etc.) through continuous self-study and company provided training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline is preferred.
Professional Certifications Preferred:
Professional certification such as CISSP (minimum), CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementor, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor is preferred.
Years of Experience:
A minimum of 8 years in relevant experience.

Advanced proficiency in implementing national and international standards.

Advanced knowledge of KSA-related regulations and international standards.
Advanced understanding of cybersecurity technologies and their use cases.
Advanced proficiency in problem solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Advanced proficiency in project management skills.
Advance proficiency in team management and conflict resolution skills.
Advance proficiency in service development.
Advance proficiency in user experience knowledge.
Advance proficiency in recognizing industry trends & KPIs.
