About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Lead to develop and implement security strategies for one of our clients. In this role, you will ensure the entire operation remains secure while enabling seamless business operations and fostering a high-performance culture.
You will be responsible for overseeing the full security lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on approach, and strong leadership skills, as you will play a key role in safeguarding digital assets and mitigating risks in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Your Responsibilities
Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies and best practices across the organization.
Provide expert guidance on security measures to technical teams and business stakeholders.
Support sales teams on cybersecurity commitments and compliance requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ISMS standards, and contractual obligations.
Assess risks and vulnerabilities, coordinating mitigation strategies and remediation plans.
Prepare and manage external security audits, certifications, and compliance reviews.
Lead security incident response, including investigation, containment, and resolution.
Monitor and detect threats, defining security monitoring frameworks for proactive protection.
Develop and implement security controls aligned with industry standards and regulations.
About You
8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong background in IT security.
Proven expertise in risk management, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in developing and piloting security plans within a corporate environment.
Ability to collaborate with technical teams and work cross-functionally.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Fluency in Spanish (English is a plus but not mandatory).
Detail-oriented, autonomous, strategic thinker with a proactive mindset.
Comfortable working in an international, remote-first environment.
Knowledge of G-Suite security.
