We are partnering with a leading global MNC organization to find aCybersecurity Managerto lead and enhance the company’s cybersecurity posture. The candidate will focus three key pillars:Cybersecurity Assurance,Cybersecurity Technology Management, andIncident Response.
Responsibilities:
1. Cybersecurity Assurance
Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity assurance strategies, taking into account emerging trends and industry best practices
Plan and execute assessment activities following cybersecurity standards and guidelines, utilizing appropriate methodologies and tools (e.g., table-top exercises).
Identify vulnerabilities, risks, gaps, and recommend improvement strategies.
2. Cybersecurity Technology Management
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of cybersecurity technologies and tools.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the secure architecture of IT, OT, and IoT systems.
Perform cybersecurity threat modelling and risk assessments on various IT, OT and IIoT architectures, system and network designs and their components.
3. Incident Response
Responsible for investigating cyber incidents, performing digital forensics, and implementing incident response strategies to protect the digital assets.
Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures to ensure timely and effective response to security incident.
Organize and participate in regular drills, exercises, and training to ensure readiness for potential incidents.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of working experience in Cybersecurity roles.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001).
Proven experience in cybersecurity technology management, including deployment and optimization of security tools.
Hands-on experience in incident response and forensic investigation (e.g. GCIH, GCIA, GCFA, or GREM)
