Roles & Responsibilities:
Uses cybersecurity tools to protect information, systems and networks from cyber threats.
Works on problem determination analysis and resolution techniques.
Troubleshoots and closes escalated trouble tickets on daily basis per shift.
Handles escalations and provide advisory and support function to front office / back office.
Acts as technical reviewers in change management process and continuous improvement.
Troubleshoots and closes escalated trouble tickets on daily basis.
Coordinates system changes with appropriate teams to minimize disruption.
Coordinates and communicates issues requiring escalation to different teams and initiate follow up procedure pertaining to issues.
Documents lessons learned that convey the results of events and/or exercises.
Opens clients trouble tickets with vendors.
Monitors operational incidents and breaches.
Conducts security analysis, administration and remediation procedures, workflows, and tasks.
Conducts technical onboarding / offboarding process for Cyber Resilience Center services.
Operates Cyber Resilience services (DDoS, Email Security & Web Security, VM, MD, etc.) related to clients.
Performs 24×7 proactive and reactive managed security operations monitoring product lines & services to clients.
Uses cybersecurity products and security control technologies to reduce identified risk to an acceptable level.
Performs technical risk remediation and vulnerability closure of cyber resilience center’s environment.
Documents and updates operational and maintenance activities as necessary.
Contributes to the overall success of the company by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Professional Certificates:
Certification in CCNA, PCNSE, BIG-IP LTM/DNS, FCA, CCIE Security, CISM/CISSP is preferred.
Years of Experience:
3-5 years in relevant experience.
Skills:
Intermediate knowledge in network and security infrastructure.
Intermediate proficiency in security tools and systems such as firewalls, end point security, load balancers, etc.
Advance knowledge in variety of operating systems, and a good systems administration level of experience.
Advance proficiency in communicating effectively with a range of security professionals to simplify complex technical issues.
Intermediate knowledge of cybersecurity related threats and vulnerabilities
