Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain advanced IAM security architectures and solutions.
Define the IAM vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
Deliver end to end cybersecurity IAM solutions from design, implmenation, integration and optimization.
Designs systems and solutions to support successful proofs-of-concept and pilot projects in emerging technology areas.
Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for IAM procedures, policies, and standards.
Evaluates and determines the adequacy of security architectures and designs.
Implements and integrates system development life cycle methodologies into cybersecurity systems development environment.
Identifies the third-party system integration requirements and work with the in-house professional services and / or outside system integrator partners to deliver integration solutions to meet the needs of the customer.
Leads the IAM projects to ensures project delivered as designed on time and to the satisfaction of the customer.
Contributes to the overall success of the company by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Professional Certificate
Professional certification in High level security certified, such as SABSA, CISSP, CCSP, CCIE Security, CISA, etc.
Years of Experience
3-5 years in relevant experience.
Skills:
Understanding of IAM concepts, such as access control, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
Familiarity with tools like Active Directory, LDAP, or IAM platforms.
knowledge of security principles and best practices, particularly in IAM and access control
Advance proficiency in determining the security control requirements of information systems and networks.
Advanced implementation experience of cybersecurity solutions in different domains.
Advance understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security.
Advance proficiency in security technology domain with demonstrated expertise in the following areas – IAM, PAM, SSO, MFA.
Advance proficiency in troubleshooting and implementing Security solutions across Enterprise and Service provider environments.
Advance proficiency in troubleshooting skills to resolve complex network and or application or system integration issues.
Work closely with pre-sales, architects, and project managers to ensure smooth implementation.
