IT Disposal Operations
Job Scope
Receive IT disposal enquiries – check load, weight, model of incoming goods – identify data bearing assets
Arrange transport, logistics for collection or onsite equipment
Receive equipment & assets, follow SOP for handling customer’s data
Carry out onsite/offsite IT disposal operations or refurbishing requirements as necessary
Assist in providing asset reports, certifications to clients & record euqipment weight for NEA reporting
Perform general computer desktop-level operation and maintenance tasks, such as software installation, troubleshooting, and system configuration
Requirements
Good to have class 3/3A license
Physically fit
Good to have some equipment decomissioning knowledge
Self-driven and must be effective in working both independently and in a team setting, with minimum supervision
