We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and organization of our parking facilities. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage the lot effectively, ensuring that vehicles are parked correctly, and that the area remains secure. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills and the ability to handle various situations with professionalism.
Responsibilities
Monitor the parking lot to ensure all vehicles are parked appropriately and safely.
Conduct regular patrols of the lot to deter theft and vandalism.
Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns regarding parking or vehicle safety.
Report any suspicious activities or incidents to management immediately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor activities within the lot.
Implement conflict management strategies when dealing with customer disputes or issues.

Skills
Strong observational skills with an ability to identify potential security threats.
Experience or training in law enforcement or loss prevention is preferred.
Knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV operations.
Proficiency in conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
A background in military service is advantageous but not required.
