Job DescriptionDillard’s Security Officers will aid in assistance and the protection of visitors, vendors, employees, and property of the Dillard’s corporate offices and other company properties. All Dillard’s Security Officers will practice, detect, observe, and report. They will also insure all department security and safety objectives are met. Officers will provide first responder emergency services as needed. The security officers will provide unarmed security patrols. Officers will monitor CCTV and alarm systems, compose incident reports, and deter criminal activity.
Dillard’s security officers must be punctual, reliable, neat/professional, and have the ability to work well in a diverse work environment. Officers will follow all company policies and represent the security department in a professional manner.
