Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Regional Health and Safety Advisor to join our fast paced and agile team.
The DIO Regional Health and Safety Support Team (RHSST) are subject matter experts in Health and Safety (H&S) and are embedded into DIO 2* & 1* areas. We are geographically dispersed throughout the UK and Overseas.
As part of DIO Technical Services, we provide
independent
H&S advice and guidance and are a
professional
support network for DIO business areas in respect of H&S issues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting DIO RD South West with competent H&S advice, guidance and help manage safety for that dedicated area.
Providing all aspects of health and safety advice and support, you will be involved in incident reporting and investigation, conducting audits and assurance exercises, attending meetings, and delivering familiarisation training, as well as providing guidance and mentorship and developing policy.
