What you will do
As our Cyber Security Transformation Leader, you will be at the forefront of shaping and fortifying our cybersecurity landscape. How you will do it
Strategic Visionary:Work with your peers to develop and articulate a forward-thinking cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the evolving threat landscape and organizational objectives.
Change Catalyst:Partner with the CISO to lead the charge in transforming our cybersecurity practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Break down silos and collaborate seamlessly across departments, ensuring cybersecurity is integrated into every aspect of our operations.
Versatility:Draw on a diverse set of experiences to address multifaceted challenges in the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape.
Innovation Champion:Drive innovation in cybersecurity technologies, methodologies, and practices, staying ahead of emerging threats.
Team Building:Build a workforce plan that leverages our early career programs as well as high-performing cybersecurity professionals. Deliver mentoring, training, and career development programs to support our high-performance culture.
What you will need
Proven track record of driving transformative change in cybersecurity roles.
Extensive experience across a diverse range of cybersecurity domains.
Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and influence at all organizational levels.
Proven ability to operationalize transformation improvement so that they are sustained in the long term.
