Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Security to join our team at Grayson Hotel. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all security operations, ensuring the safety of our guests and staff while maintaining a secure environment. Your leadership will be essential in developing security protocols and managing emergency response strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures.
Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular security assessments.
Lead a team of security personnel, providing training and guidance.
Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement as necessary.
Conduct investigations into thefts or other security breaches.
Track and respond to lost & found inquiries.
Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations regarding hotel security operations.
Requirements
Must have FLSD Certification.
Proven experience in law enforcement or security management.
Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies.
Certification in first aid, CPR, or similar emergency response training is preferred.
Experience with CCTV systems and surveillance technology is essential.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
