About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cyber Security Director with deep expertise in cyber regulation and Identity and Access Management (IAM). This is a unique opportunity to lead, develop, and deliver IAM solutions while driving successful cloud transitions for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership in IAM and cybersecurity regulatory compliance.
Develop and implement comprehensive IAM solutions aligned with business objectives.
Drive and manage complex cloud migration projects, ensuring security best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cybersecurity posture.
Build and nurture client relationships, offering expert consultation and innovative solutions.
Lead and mentor teams, fostering growth and expertise in IAM and cybersecurity.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven track record of successfully selling, leading, and delivering IAM solutions.
Expertise in cybersecurity regulations and compliance frameworks.
Extensive experience in cloud security and cloud migration projects.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proven experience leading teams and working with C-suite execs.
Strong domain knowledge in sectors like insurance, finance, and utilities (retail experience is a bonus)
Ability to drive business development and thought leadership.
