The United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Director of Information Technology. Reporting to the Clerk of Court, this position has broad and overarching information technology responsibilities.
A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required for this position. Preference will be given to those with a current, active security clearance.
Required Experience:
To qualify for the JSP-13, the candidate must possess a minimum of two years of specialized experience.
To qualify for the JSP-14, the candidate must possess a minimum of three years of specialized experience.
To qualify for the JSP-15, the candidate must possess a minimum of four years of specialized experience.
Specialized Experience includes, but is not limited to:
• Progressively responsible substantive information technology and telecommunications experience, preferably in a court or classified environment.
• Knowledgeable about the handling of classified material and the security of information technology and telephone systems.
• Knowledge of the Federal Information Security Modernization Act, related NIST standards, and other security regulations and laws.
• Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, both Server and Desktop installations, operation, maintenance, and upgrade.
• Knowledge of Office 365 and Outlook.
• Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written
communication skills
; strong analytical and
project management
skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work in a
team-oriented
environment.
