Director of Security
Altea Healthcare improves outcomes for Chronic Care patients who are dependent on multiple daily medications. Our proprietary and vertically integrated technology solutions enable providers to enhance medication adherence through improved access, owned physician network, information technology, and EMR product development.
We are looking for a Director of Security with experience with ONC2 and CEHRT certifications.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted security advisor for our flagship EMR product and company.
Lead security and certification projects across the business such as SOC2, CEHRT, ONC, HIPAA, Azure Defender.
Experience in SOC2 and healthcare a must!
Ensure cybersecurity practices are built into initiatives for the entire lifecycle.
Leverage Shared Service Integrated Cyber Risk Management Framework to help the business effectively manage business risk.
Work closely with business leadership to instill cybersecurity policies and practices to address security operations, incident response, application security and infrastructure.
Work with teams to deliver security-by-design controls incorporated into projects, architecture, infrastructure, and applications.
Foster relationships with the business area and excel in cybersecurity communication.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge related to security threats, vulnerabilities and mitigations set forth to reduce the attack surface; circulate this knowledge through the business unit.
Identify and document threats and vulnerabilities that may impact the business and address them regularly through various touchpoints and forums.
Proactively document and track security risks, remediation plans, exceptions, and control deficiencies
Provide motivation to adopt cybersecurity controls.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $170,000.00 per year
