Position Overview
The Pernod Ricard North America (PR NA) Corporate Security position is responsible for leading the PR NA development and implementation of security strategies and programs to safeguard the organization’s employees, assets, and facilities. This role involves assessing security risks, coordinating security measures, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The position collaborates with the Pernod Ricard Global Security team and with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to create a safe and secure environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Security Strategy Development:
In partnership with PR Global Security, develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. Identify potential security risks, vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Security Policies and Procedures:
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Regularly review and update security protocols to address emerging threats and technologies. Steering and Coordination:
Drives and evaluates performance in the areas of safety. Implements and feeds the established Pernod Ricard Global KPIs and security reporting tools.
Physical Security:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of physical security measures, including access control systems, surveillance systems, alarm systems, and security guards. Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of security measures.
Risk Assessment
and Management:
Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential security threats. Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and ensure appropriate security controls are in place.
Incident Response and Crisis Management:
Develop and coordinate incident response plans to effectively respond to security incidents, emergencies, and crises. Lead investigations into security breaches and recommend corrective actions to prevent future incidents. Participate in PRNA Crisis Committee.
