Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Patrol Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.
Duties
Monitor and patrol assigned properties to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the premises.
Document incidents, accidents, and any unusual occurrences in a detailed report.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
Engage in conflict management strategies to de-escalate potential issues with individuals on-site.
Qualifications
Proven experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
A valid AZDPS Issued security guard license or training in military service.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
Have personal reliable transportation for work-related duties.
