We are a busy Sports Bar near 9th Street in Durham looking for a couple of excellent Door Person/Security People. We are looking for someone who takes their job seriously and will perform the following tasks responsibly.
Monitor and control access to the premises to ensure safety and security.
Respond to incidents and conflicts, employing effective conflict management techniques.
Conduct regular surveillance and inspections of the area
Ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
Collaborate with staff to maintain a secure environment.
Implement insightful instincts to ensure property and patron safety.
Must be available for closing nights and weekends.
Must be respectful and reliable.
Hourly rate plus tipout.
Interviews on Tuesdays after 1pm, no appointment necessary.
