Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Armed Guard to join our security team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in law enforcement or military service, demonstrating exceptional conflict management and loss prevention skills. As an Armed Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets through vigilant surveillance and proactive measures.
Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety.
Operate and maintain CCTV systems to monitor activities and respond to incidents.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential security risks.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances, utilizing conflict management techniques as necessary.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance in emergency situations until medical personnel arrive.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or suspicious activities.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with security protocols and best practices.
Qualifications
Valid armed security license or certification as required by state regulations.
Military experience or a background in law enforcement is preferred.
Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
Strong understanding of loss prevention strategies and techniques.
Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $12.00 – $13.00 per hour
