– Greet and welcome guests as they enter the premises
– Monitor and control access to the building
– Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
– Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security
– Respond to any incidents or emergencies that may arise
– Assist with crowd control during busy periods or events
– Provide directions and assistance to guests as needed
– Handle any complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner
– Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

– Knowledge of CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques is a plus

This position requires a professional and customer-oriented individual who can effectively maintain security and provide assistance to guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be observant, and possess the ability to handle difficult situations with tact. Experience with CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques is preferred but not required.
