We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Doorman Security Officer to join our team in Beverly Hills. As a Doorman Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security.
>>Shifts Available: Morning, Swing, Graveyard<< Responsibilities: Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain a highly visible presence at the entrance of the property, acting as a deterrent to unauthorized individuals. Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter the premises. Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and address any security concerns or suspicious activities. Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences. Provide excellent customer service by assisting residents and guests with inquiries, directions, and other related needs. Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, following established protocols. Collaborate with other security team members and property management staff to maintain a cohesive security strategy. Keep updated on security procedures and protocols, attending training sessions as required. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in security or customer service roles is preferred. Valid Guard Card issued by the State of California. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Strong attention to detail and keen observational skills. Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods. Reliable transportation to and from the worksite. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of basic computer applications for generating reports and maintaining logs.
