The Chairman’s Driver is responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for the Chairman and possibly other members of the Chairman’s family or executives as required. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and punctuality.
Responsibilities:
Safely transport the Chairman and other designated passengers to and from various locations, including residences, offices, meetings, and events.
Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, ensuring it is regularly serviced and in good working condition.
Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations, considering factors such as traffic conditions and weather.
Assist the Chairman with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and other items as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service, including opening doors, assisting with seatbelts, and addressing any special requests or preferences.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times, respecting the privacy of the Chairman and their family.
Monitor and report any issues or concerns related to vehicle maintenance, safety, or security.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chairman or their designated representative.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a similar role serving high-profile individuals or executives.
