Main Job Functions
Delivery and Collection
Ensure passenger safety Delivering / collecting of stock / goods as per instruction with a delivery vehicle Carry out all daily collections / deliveries on the same day. Collections / deliveries reflect required documentation
Vehicle Maintenance
Make sure the vehicle is in good working condition at all times Keep the vehicle clean at all times Report any breakages and problems with the vehicle to manager. Inspect the vehicle for water, oil, brake fluid and tyre pressure Keep a daily log book of all trips
Stock Administration
Prepare and manage all documentation as per deliveries / collections Loading and off-loading of goods Assist with the loading and offloading of stock / goods
Reports
Ensure that the daily, weekly, monthly reports done
Communication and report writing
All incidents, events and deadlines must be communicated Compile the Blitz audit checklist when audit have been done. Compile the required checklists as agreed by the Operations Manager. Audits must be conducted and written feedback given to the client. The results of the blitz audit must be reflected in the weekly site summary report.
General
Must be presentable and well-spoken at clients /customers / suppliers Safe drive at all times

Ensure that we deliver on time, focussing on Service Level Agreements and the quality of the service deliver Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction Manage client/customer expectations via regular communication with the customer changing needs Build and develop relationships with key suppliers/service provider and customers Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service Receive instructions from your superior and act on it diligently and effectively.

Requirements
Essential:
Grade 12 – Matric or a Senior Certificate
Standard code 8 license (Professional Driving Permit (PDP) is an advantage)
Advanced driving certificate
PSIRA Grade E, D and C Security Training
English – Read, write, and speak well as it is the organization’s official language.
