JOB JOB TITLE: Dual Sites Relief Security OfficerLOCATION: Harbourside Estate, BristolPAY RATE: £14.00 per hourSHIFT PATTERN: 5 FROM 7, 40 hours per weekRole Overview And PurposeABM UK is seeking a Dual Sites Relief Security Officer who will be responsible for providing security cover at multiple client sites as required. The successful candidate will ensure the safety and security of clients, their property, and visitors while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular patrols of assigned sites, monitoring for any unusual or suspicious activity
Access control management, ensuring only authorized personnel gain entry to premises
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, following established emergency procedures
Compile and maintain accurate daily reports and logs regarding incidents and site activities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, addressing any concerns that arise
Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary and assist in the investigation of incidents
Assist with health and safety checks, identifying potential hazards and reporting them accordingly
Maintain effective communication with other security personnel and line management
Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Current SIA Door Supervisor License is essential
Previous security experience is preferred, particularly in a relief or multi-site role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently across various locations
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail
Calm and decisive under pressure, with the ability to handle emergency situations
Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly
Flexibility in work hours and assignments, willing to adapt to changing schedules
