As an EMT – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift to provide emergency medical services, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

Shift 1:7:30 am to 3:30 pm Friday & Saturday, 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm Sunday & Monday (32 hours per week)
Competitive hourly wage of $22.50/hr (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

Responsibilities of a Tactical Emergency Medical Technician
Provide emergency medical services
Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
Verify identities and control access to secure areas
React quickly to threats or incidents
Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
Document incidents and actions taken
Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications of Emergency Medical Tech
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Have an Emergency Medical Tech Certification – required
Pass an extensive screening process
Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – preferred
Utah guard license (unarmed) – preferred
