Quality Assurance
Specialist to
join our team
! In this role you will provide employability/suitability recommendations on applicants and the review of background investigations annually. What You’ll Be Doing: * Prepare accurate and quality suitability assessments for decision in accordance with the established procedure and 5CFR Section 302.
* Update the PeopleSoft Security module with the appropriate suitability information related to each case.
* Coordinate with sources to resolve missing or discrepant information.
* Review the specified percentage of investigation reports for compliance with Federal Investigative Standards and applicable implementation plans within five working days of date assigned.
* Coordinate with branch chiefs on issues identified in record audit.
* Document status of all issues, to include resolution, in the Quality Audit Report Tracker (QART).
* Accurately detail information in the QART system. What Required Skills You’ll Bring: * Active TS with SCI eligibility and ability to successfully complete a polygraph examination.
* Bachelor’s degree in security or criminal justice or equivalent experience in a related field
* 7 – 10 years of relevant work experience.
* Experience with DISS, Scattered Castles, NP2 Portal, and QART What Desired Skills You’ll Bring: * Experience processing biometric data to include fingerprints.
