Position Title: Security Officer
Shift: Weekend 3rd shift (11pm-7am), 16-20 hours per week. Pickup shifts often available.
Starting Pay : 17.00 per hour + shift differential

Essential Job Duties:
Makes scheduled rounds both inside and outside the buildings to maintain a secure environment for residents, their property, and company property.
Responds to all fire alarms and apartment emergency calls.
Shovels and keeps clear exit door walkways during and after snowstorms.
Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
Qualifications :
Prior security experience is a plus
Ability to walk long distances and respond quickly to priority calls
Ability to follow directions, successfully prioritize tasks, self-motivate, and productively keep busy between rounds
Ability to effectively communicate, legibly document events, and complete priority reports
