Job Brief:

Responsible for managing Umniah’s employee relations programs focusing on employee welfare, as well as designing and executing HR policies & procedures to maintain a positive organizational culture that promote employee satisfaction and enhance their productivity. Also, handle any legal and regulatory compliance in cooperation with internal stakeholders to address employee conflicts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Umniah’s employee relations to ensure a positive organizational culture and enable management effectiveness.

Oversees the full cycle, activities and process related to the new employee onboarding and termination ensuring it is carried out in an efficient and timely manner.

Ensure resolving workplace conflicts effectively and in a positive manner to protect the interests of all parties involved.

Lead objective internal workplace investigations in response to a reported incident, engaging key stakeholders to identify possible violations and make recommendations of appropriate actions.

Ensure maintaining appropriate records of internal workplace investigations.

Provide management and staff with proper guidance regarding employment issues, workplace challenges and complex employee relations issues to promote a healthy work relationships.

Design and execute HR policies, procedures, and internal bylaw regulations while ensuring that it is all up-to-date and complies with relevant regulations (such as local labor laws and legislations).

Lead the selection of insurance providers by setting up the technical scope and evaluating the technical offerings of participating parties.

Oversee, follow-up, and validate the employees’ medical expenses and medical claims ensuring their timely processing and reflection on the monthly payroll.

Address employees concerns on HR policies, compensation, benefits, and labor law.

Monitor internal HR systems and databases to ensure that all employees’ personnel data are up-to-date.

Drive an effective internal communications strategy to keep employees informed, connected, and motivated.

Review internal communication materials such as announcement, surveys and questionnaires to ensure that the content as well as branding are appropriate and integrated across multiple topics and channels.

Review attendance related reports and submittal/ presentation to other concerned divisions and/ or the top management.

Ensure a timely and accurate payroll processing.

Manage subordinates’ learning & development requirements and ensure that it is successfully delivered and provide related feedback to the management

Assign roles and work load distribution, set team objectives and conduct regular informal one-on-one meetings to deliver personalized feedback and provide support to attain goals

Conduct formal performance evaluation process for the subordinates in order to optimize workplace productivity

Participate in the recruitment, selection, evaluation process of new employees

Provide guidance and delegate responsibilities to subordinates to facilitate performing different tasks to support succession planning process

Manage subordinates’ administrational requirements

Assure that all subordinates are following Umniah’s policies and procedures and highlight any violation for the code of conduct

Manage economic, efficient and effective budget plan and control in alignment with the department and Umniah’s strategy
