Hiring Engineer- Physical Security
Years of Experience–10-15 years’ experience in Integrated security installation and project management with UAE experience.
Education–Degreein Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Required Certifications
Diploma or certification in networking.
SIRA or ADMCC certified.
Responsible for allPhysical Security Integrated systems and technologies,Monitoring and SOC room,AV solution,Software and hardware installation with commissioning. System design solutioning, drawings and all technical work related to the project along with management and satisfaction of client as main deliverables.
Key Responsibilities are the following
Project forecasting, material purchase, site mobilization, project schedules, Daily reporting, client & stakeholder coordination.
Effective managementof project resources, inventory and third-party resources to deliver quality work as per the timeline and the budget.
Design and verifying site conditionsbefore installation to avoid any challenges, delays and shortcomings in delivering the project.
Follow all security standards, keep professional records of all installation process and procedures to maintain it for the future reference not limited to as build drawings or the passwords.
Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reportson ongoing projects, projects under maintenance, emergency calls and site support.
Train and get the new technologies hand on experienceto improve skills and knowledge.
Managing and Reducing the cost in procuringand utilizing existing material or tools and system components.
Establishing good credit termsand relationship with suppliers for effectively managing the material requirements.
Achieve excellence in integrated security solutionby learning software configuration and implementation.
Enroll in manufacturers offered courses, visit experience centers and get the certifications to fulfill technical skill requirements.
Work as a team within companyand support each other in achieving the excellence.
Manage all old and new project recordswithin shared folder with drawings, specifications, approvals, site layouts, client communication, passwords, guidelines, training, project plans, minutes of meeting, submissions, follow ups, warranty, maintenance schedule, daily site records for future references.
All site or project related communicationto be checkedand verified by the line manager before sharing it with the client.
All communication on WhatsApp or other media should be restrictedto general details and not allowed to share any confidential details or password.
Develop skills or knowledgeto handle current business unit requirements.
Engage in skills developmentas directed by the line manager with timeline to achieve success.
