Your Opportunity:Venture Solutions Inc., a Taylor company, is seeking2ndShiftEquipment Operatorsto join our team in our Fort Worth location. Venture Solutions offers you a clean, well-lit, and safe environment so that you can grow into your full potential!
Your Shift:
Monday – Friday, 2pm – 10pm.
Your Responsibilities:
Read and interpret job information on order to determine production operation.
Set up and operate machine inserting statements and other related materials into envelopes for mailing (calibration, cleaning, etc.).
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed).
Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
Make continuous quality checks throughout operations.
Troubleshoot simple issues that might occur during the shift.
Report problems or concerns with quality results with senior management immediately.
Place letters/packages into bins to be shipped once inserted.
Must fully understand and show ability to utilize job instructions, documentation, and quality procedures..
Must have a good understanding of the 2D barcode and how to interpret the 2D barcode.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
You Must Have:
Strong attention to detail and be comfortable working independently.
Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
Ability to constantly operate machinery and handle products including print materials.

Frequently required to move inside the facility.
We Would Also Prefer:
Ability to effectively communicate with team members.
Previous experience in operating Intelligent Inserters.
Prior experience within the print industry/face paced high production environment.
High degree of analytical skills.
