United Security Services, Inc., seeks to employ qualified security professionals for event work at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus New Jersey from April 14th – April 17th 2024.
This position is temporary but may lead to more consistent work.
Requirements
SORA License
Flexible availability
1 Year of verifiable security experience
Event security experience preferred, but not required
Must be able to stand, patrol, and work outdoors if necessary
Job Responsibilities
Provide a safe and welcoming environment for Exhibitors, and Attendees
Patrol guest areas for unusual, dangerous, or illegal activity and unauthorized individuals
Maintaining exceptional communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills
Complete security checks and follow post orders as directed.
Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
Follow established emergency action plans and procedures
Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
