Job Overview:
Pro-Tek Security Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated, professional, and vigilant Armed Corporate Protective Service Patrol Officer. The Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of client properties by patrolling assigned areas, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding effectively to emergencies. This position demands a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to professionally engage with clients and others. The Officer must be physically fit, possess a current Wisconsin Security License and Firearm License, and maintain a favorable work history and good driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol assigned property by foot and vehicle to ensure security and safety.
Monitor and manage surveillance cameras, access control systems, and other security technology to detect potential security risks.
Ensure non-authorized individuals do not gain access to the building or restricted areas.
Assist with emergency evacuations and respond to emergency situations as needed, following established protocols.
Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally and courteously with clients, employees, and visitors.
Maintain a visible, professional appearance and remain vigilant throughout the duration of the assigned shift.
Maintain a high level of physical fitness to effectively carry out patrolling duties.
Respond promptly and effectively to all security-related incidents.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, activities, and other security matters.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal security regulations.
Qualifications:
Must possess a current Wisconsin Security License and Firearm License.
Previous law enforcement or military experience.
Degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred, but not required.
Must be physically fit, with the ability to patrol on foot and remain active for extended periods.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and clearly with clients, staff, and visitors.
Must be articulate, dependable, and have a strong attention to detail.
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Ability to remain calm, composed, and effective in high-pressure situations.
Must have a favorable work history with references.
Must have a clean and reliable driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Schedule:
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
Punctuality and reliability are essential to ensure the safety and security of the property.
Compensation:
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour.
The position is performance-based, with potential for extension or further opportunities depending on job performance.

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
