Job Type: Part-time
Responsibilities:
Maintain a visible and professional presence to uphold client and company standards.
Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure safety.
Monitor access points, conduct bag checks, perform entry screenings, and stay vigilant for suspicious activities.
Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including medical issues and disturbances.
Coordinate security efforts with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services.
Assist attendees, answer questions, and provide directions to ensure good customer service.
Report security incidents to supervisors or law enforcement as appropriate.
Document relevant activities and observations and submit reports to leadership.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain professionalism and security effectiveness.
Requirements:
Be at least 18 years old (age requirements may vary).
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Experience in security or related fields is a plus.
Strong physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for long periods.
Excellent observational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Possess or be willing to obtain a valid security license (if required).
Pass a background check and drug screening.
