Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. This is an important role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Report writing
Lock-ups and unlocks
Respond to emergencies
Policy enforcement
Conduct regular security checks of the premises
Liaison between property management and first responders
Communicate to supervisors and other staff using two-way radio
Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
CCTV Monitoring
Call 911 when necessary
Other tasks as needed
Experience/Education:
Minimum 1-2 years of security experience
BSIS Guard Card
Skills:
Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office
Strong observation and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Proficiency in using security equipment and technology

We are hiring two officers to take the following schedule:

Sat/Sun: 11pm-7am
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.70 – $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
