Primary
Purpose
This is a San Diego-based Baja Call-in Position. The Executive Protection Agent II performs executive security protection and related services for executive leadership, Board members, and other designated personnel. The agent provides a safe environment, free from physical harm and embarrassment, ensuring the safety and well-being of the protectee. Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, evaluating security, and maintaining safety during travel and  role reports to the International Security & Executive Services Manager and involves duties domestically and in Baja California, Mexico.
Duties
and Responsibilities
Meet protectee at designated locations such as residence or workplace at scheduled times.
Ensure armed/unarmed safety and security, including planning transportation routes, assessing residence security, and maintaining presence at events.
Perform vehicle maintenance for assigned fleet in both Baja California and the U.S.
Conduct site advances at hotels, meetings, restaurants, and events in various locations.
Complete necessary documentation like security reports and operational plans for duties in Mexico and the U.S.
Travel with the protectee across the U.S., Mexico, and internationally, including extended periods.
Complete specialized training in executive protection, defensive driving, self-defense, First Aid/CPR/AED, and tactical casualty care.
Attend security briefings and review intelligence reports relevant to the region.
Obtain required licensing qualifications.
Use computer systems for administrative tasks such as reports, expense tracking, and data entry.
Provide courier services for sensitive documents and materials.
Perform other duties as assigned.
