Responsibilities
Safeguard clients, families, and properties at residences.
Incorporate client values and conduct in decision-making.
Make real-time decisions to enhance safety.
Maintain security logs, manage communication systems, and monitor security devices.
Control access for visitors, vendors, and employees.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Collaborate with security teams and law enforcement to mitigate threats.
Report suspicious activities and vulnerabilities.
Team Collaboration
This role provides support to protective security details in the Chicago area.
Qualifications
Valid state Guard Card.
Prior law enforcement, military, or emergency response experience.
Physical fitness to meet job demands.
Preferred:
First Responder, Paramedic, EMT certifications, defensive tactics, surveillance detection training.
Professional demeanor, discretion, effective communication, and integrity.
Background check and drug screening clearance.
Security Policy
