As an Executive Protection Agent and driver, you will provide for the welfare, physical protection, and security of a high profile client by performing armed and unarmed executive protection assignments. You will provide close protection and other security-related functions for the client during domestic and/or international assignments. Applicants should be comfortable working independently in dynamic and fast-paced environments, responding to threats, and representing Eagle Eye and its clients with pride. Successful performance in this role will require a high degree of motivation and the ability to adapt to fluid and dynamic security performance modes, locations, teams, and structures. This is a dynamic position requiring flexibility and an ability to adapt to changing operational requirements as directed by client needs. Domestic and international travel will be required.

This position is located in the Palo Alto Area. Available shift: 2 PM – 8 PM Mon-Fri; additional hours (weekends, evenings, holidays as required)DUTIES:This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the position; it is not intended to be an exhaustive list of skills, efforts, duties, responsibilities or working conditions associated with the position.

The Agent will be required to perform a full range of security protection skills and services, including but not limited to:

Ensure the overall safety and security of designated Principals and their property;

Provide close protection to Principals at various venues, events, business meetings, personal trips, etc.;

Required to drive Principals to various personal/business venues and/or additional off-site assignments;

Demonstrate proficiency in use and proper maintenance for all equipment used in support of the protective operations program (i.e. vehicles, medical supplies, communications devices, etc.);

Must maintain an acceptable professional appearance;

Must be able to communicate with the Principal’s, staff, coworkers, and other third-party vendors utilizing a customer service approach;

Capable of adapting to various tasks that would be assigned outside of traditional security operations/roles;

Ability to interact with children;

Capable of on-the-spot critical thinking and improvisation;

STRONG emotional intelligence and self-awareness;

Must be comfortable in a variety of social settings, with ability to socially engineer desired outcomes;

Must be willing to submit to pre-employment, post-accident and random drug testing as determined by management;

Working shifts that can include days/nights/weekends/holidays/OT;

Travel when required, both domestic and international;

Performing a variety of tasks around the Principal’s property as required;

Agents must maintain a positive attitude through a wide variety of situations, as well as, must conduct themselves in a manner which contribute to a positive and professional work environment;

Conduct advance work for routes, venues, and travel trips;

Agents must have proficient writing skills to complete detailed reports;

Coordinate with Principal’s staff and outside personnel, to facilitate seamless operations for our Principals;
