Job Title: Executive Protection Driver / Bodyguard
Location: Fargo, North Dakota – Travel Required
Salary Range: $40,000 – $55,000 per year
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-call 24/7 for emergency response)
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Vehicle Provided: Take-home company vehicle
Position Overview:
Lakes Area Security LLC is seeking a highly dependable and discreet Executive Protection Driver / Bodyguard to provide secure and professional transportation and close protection services for the Chief Executive Officer. This position requires an individual with a strong background in executive protection, defensive driving, and situational awareness. While the standard hours are Monday through Friday, the candidate must be available on-call 24/7 for urgent or unscheduled assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate company-provided vehicle to transport the CEO to and from business and personal engagements
Provide close protection during travel and while at public or private events
Perform advance route planning, risk assessments, and secure venue evaluations
Maintain a strong physical presence and professional demeanor at all times
Monitor surroundings for potential threats or unusual activity
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters involving the CEO
Ensure vehicle is clean, fueled, and properly maintained
Coordinate with company staff and law enforcement as needed
Remain on-call for immediate response in emergency or high-risk situations
Qualifications:
Prior experience in executive protection, law enforcement, or military preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Certified in defensive and evasive driving (or willing to complete certification)
Strong knowledge of personal security protocols
Excellent judgment, communication, and decision-making skills
Physically fit and able to respond quickly to threats
Ability to maintain a flexible and unpredictable schedule
Must pass background check and drug screening
