Manage the industrial security program in compliance with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and other client-specific requirements.
Serve as point of contact with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and client-specific security offices.
Develop and maintain corporate security program to include standard operating procedures, emergency action plans, and standard practices and policies to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Manage all aspects of personnel security clearances, including maintaining records database in SIMS, processing documentation for initial and periodic reinvestigations, and providing security indoctrinations and debriefings.
Conduct all required in-house training and briefings in support of the industrial security program, including annual refresher, courier briefings, derivative classification training, OPSEC training, and other client-specific training.
Maintain and implement Insider Threat Program.
Conduct onboarding of new personnel.
Manage all aspects of the day-to-day execution of classified work within secure spaces, including development and execution of policy and procedures manuals.
Conduct annual security self-inspections, including documentation and tracking follow up actions.
Manage all aspects of periodic inspections by DCSA and client security personnel, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up.
Review and prepare DD254s and other contract security documentation and guidance.
Qualification **
Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience working with classified documents and/or working in a classified environment.
Experience managing a program or organization and maintaining compliance for security, human resources, or other regulations.
Experience working with personnel file databases.
Active DoD Secret clearance. Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Ability to complete DCSA FSO training within six months of employment.
