Facility Security Officer (DC Metro Area or Dayton, OH)
Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is currently seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) to maintain the Company’s personnel, industrial, and physical security; be ITC’s liaison with DCSA; and perform administrative duties which include managing the security onboarding, Insider Threat program, the security training requirements, and other duties as needed. The candidate can be in either the DC Metro area or Dayton, OH (ITC HQ).
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma
5+ years of experience with DoD Facility Security
Required Qualifications:
Completed the FSO Program Management for Possessing Facility Curriculum course
5+ years of experience with DoD Facility Security
Knowledge of NISPOM rule and application as a DoD contractor
Knowledge of SCIF management and security operations
Experience conducting employee onboarding/off boarding: security briefings, clearance processing and credentialing: NISS, DISS, NBIS, SIPR, other systems
Experience hosting classified briefings
Experience in facility accreditation and management for Closed Access Areas and classified data storage
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Attend periodic FSO Security conferences and training sponsored by outside organizations
TS-Eligibility
Desired Qualifications:
Completed Insider Threat Program Management course
Experience conducting DCSA annual inspection as a lead POC
Intelligence Community FSO experience
Military Experience desired
Responsibilities include:
Assist with the maintaining of employee personnel security clearance and visit requests matters in DISS and NBIS
Assist with the maintaining of company security files in NISS / ISFD / DSCA
Manage Insider Threat Program
Interface with the assigned regional DSCA Representatives for inspections and other related issues
Maintain DSCA compliant Insider Threat Program
Maintain Company profile and submit required reports in DISS
Administer personnel security indoctrinations and debriefs, Foreign Travel, and security incident management
Manage and report on company-wide security education and training
Prepare, track and monitor classified contracts DD-254s
Other duties as assigned

Salary: $89,000 – $99,000 based on experience, plus medical/dental/vision benefits, 13 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available.
