Reports to: SECURITY MANAGER
$19.00 – $22.00 starting per hour.

General Summary
PMG Lyfted Farms Security Team is growing, and we are searching for dedicated, dependable, loyal and driven individuals to join us. Day and Night shifts are available.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Security Team Member is responsible for overseeing the protection of all company assets and helping promote a safe and secure working environment for our employees.
Monitoring all CCTV cameras and walking the property on routine security routes
Responsible for all security functions to be conducted during shift.
Active participation and ownership in your training and development program and associated activities.
Place high priority on the safety of our employees and property.
Prioritize safety above all other job duties by having a safety-first approach at all times.
Report any safety issues, observations, opportunities to your teams and follow up.
Participate in departmental safety trainings and meeting.
Promote company culture.
Achieve common business goals through cooperative alignment with all departments.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is a plus.
Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred.
Experience in law enforcement or loss prevention is advantageous.
Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and conflict management techniques.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience preferred, but not required.
Competent Computer Skills
English skills must be proficient to understand, read, write and speak English.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays and rotating shifts. (day/swing/graveyard)
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.

Pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, handling and grasping, twisting/turning, repetitive bending.
