This role is onsite in Basra, Iraq with Travel Requirement.

Key ObjectivesThe Facility Security Support team leader is responsible for the following.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for the multiple facility security locations and applications including Hikvision Security Management System, Genetec, Visitor Management Systems, Bosch, etc.
Provide hardware support and troubleshoot issues for multiple CCTV, badge reader, card mgmt. systems including Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Lenel, Apex, etc.
Involvement in all aspects of application and hardware support and project engagement activities including interfacing with clients, other company IT service providers, and the vendors
Engage with key interfaces and clients
Participate in forecasting and basic budget management skills
