Applicants must have flexible availability to work all shifts: Mornings, Evenings, Overnight, and Weekends shifts are required.
Security Guard duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide an exceptional degree of service to maintain an environment of luxury
Greeting and directing all residents and guests in a courteous manner
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain log books for visitors and contractors
Communicate any resident concerns to management
Maintain accurate building delivery logs using building link
Responsible for receiving all deliveries/packages for residents
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a valid NYS Security Guard License
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Positive and attentive demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task
Applicants must be punctual, reliable and consistent team player
Prior experience working within luxury residential buildings preferred
Basic computer skills a plus
Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day
