We are currently looking to hire a Security Logistics Coordinator to join our team (embedded with our client in New York, NY)!

This position allows for Hybrid Work arrangements from New York, NY.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Security Logistics Coordinator will provide critical security and reception services while maintaining a customer service-focused approach. The individual will maintain access control, support incident management, assist in coordinating emergency response, and be the first point of contact for team members’ guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, organize, and execute security logistics for client executive travel, ensuring seamless transportation and safety
Coordinate secure transportation for executives, liaising with drivers, executive protection teams, and local security resources, as required
Provide real-time monitoring and coordination of security drivers and other transportation logistics, ensuring smooth movements, transitions, and schedule adherence
Act as a point of contact for any operational issues while executives are traveling
Assist in planning and/or executing secure movements for client executives visiting the client’s Manhattan, NY, office
Conduct advance planning for office-to-event movements, such as restaurant visits and external meetings
Maintain accurate trip reports, logs, and after-action reviews, as required by the client
Communicate effectively with executive assistants, executive protection teams, and support staff to ensure seamless planning and operations
Proactively communicate with the client regarding identified security or logistics issues
Maintain excellent rapport and open lines of communication regarding client needs, requests for support, service issues, and deliverables

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2 years of prior law enforcement or executive protection experience
Experience providing oversight and/or coordination of security operations
Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions with minimal guidance
Strong administrative skills with experience in report writing and briefing
Excellent attention to detail
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some patrolling is required. This would require the ability to move around a space for extended periods, assist in physical situations, and respond to safety events.
This job may be required to perform stressful and physical activity.
Digital Literacy: The position requires proficiency using the Internet, Google Suite, and task management software.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Medical training, including certification in first aid, CPR, and AED
Experience working with executive protection teams in a corporate setting
