We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. This position requires a proactive approach to loss prevention, surveillance, and conflict management, ensuring that all security protocols are adhered to at all times.
Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, providing first aid as necessary.
Utilize CCTV systems for surveillance and reporting any irregularities.
Conduct regular inspections of premises, ensuring that all security measures are in place.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the facility.
Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns.
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and visitors.
Skills
Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred.
Experience in law enforcement or military service is a plus.
Proficient in the use of surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
