Job Summary
We are seeking an expiernced dedicated Security Supervisor to join our team. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at the HOA Communities and ensuring the safety of our premises.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate security staff activities
Implement security protocols, procedures, and guidelines
Conduct regular patrols to ensure a safe environment
Respond to emergencie promptly
Monitor surveillance equipment and inspect buildings for security breaches
Train security personnel on safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
Qualifications
Strong conflict management skills
Security HOA Supervision expiriance is a must
Experience in law enforcement or military is a plus
Knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV, and access control systems
Possession of relevant security certificates is advantageous
Valid Florida D Lincense required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
