Schedule: Applicants need to be flexible with their schedule and willing to work varied shifts (1st/2nd/3rd), weekends, and holidays as needed. May be asked to provide coverage with short notice.
***Security is a 24/7 business – the majority of our coverage includes nights, weekends, afternoons, and holidays ***
We are looking for a flex officer for an access control position in Burlington, IA. This position requires flexible availability and will be used to cover call offs, vacations, etc. Weekly hours will vary depending on site needs and are not guaranteed. The opportunity to become full time when the next position opens may be offered.
This position will involve foot and vehicle patrols and camera monitoring. Computer skills required. May be exposed to inclement weather and wildlife. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Will be required to provide detailed written reports as needed. Must be able to work well as part of a team and alone. High levels of customer service required.
MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a HS Diploma or GED – Physical Copy required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen (including THC)
Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
Must have a reliable means of transportation
Must have a reliable means of communication (cell phone).
Must have a professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance.
Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
